Store identity and eligibility
The published terms must identify the contracting legal entity, registered address and customer contact. Customers must provide accurate checkout information and have legal capacity to order.

Orders and acceptance
An acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order. The final terms define when acceptance occurs and how stock, payment, fraud or delivery issues are handled.

Products and prices
The live product page controls price, color, length, cap size, density, material, care and included items. Screen and lighting differences can affect color appearance.

Rights and responsibilities
Customers protect account credentials; SMILCO content and trademarks require permission for commercial reuse. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer remedies.
